1. WHEN I TRY TO GENERATE CURRENT REPORTS, THE SYSTEM TELLS ME "NO DATA WITHIN SELECTION"

  • CHECK THE RANGE OF EXTENSIONS/USERNAMES/DEPARTMENTS
  • CHECK DATE RANGE SELECTED
  • CHECK TYPE OF CALLS SELECTED AFTER CONFIRMING THE ABOVE, PLEASE CHECK DATA CAPTURE WINDOW TELEMAN->DATA CAPTURE
  • if the DATACAPTURE WINDOW IS BLANK, CHECK COMMUNICATION LINK BETWEEN PABX AND THE PC
  • confirm that the PABX date and time is current(this can be checked on most pabx by checking the display on the switchboard console/set)

2. TELEMAN DOES NOT LOAD WHEN THE PC STARTS/WINDOWS LOGIN

  • CONFIRM THAT TELEMAN IS RUNNING IN THE CORRECT WINDOWS PROFILE

3. TELEMAN SHOWS "LICENCE HAS EXPIRED" MESSAGE.

  • CONTACT YOUR DEALER FOR A LICENCE RENEWAL

4.TELEMAN SHOWS "DATABASE CORRUPTED" ON LOADING

  • MAIN DATABASE HAS BEEN CORRUPTED, SEND THE FILE TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR RECTIFICATION

5.TELEMAN DOES NOT LOAD AT ALL ON WINDOWS LOGIN

  • CHECK THAT THE SORTCUT TO ELCOM TELEMAN IS ON WINDOWS STARTUP FOLDER
  • PASSWORDS AND USERNAMES ARE CASE SENSITIVE, HENCE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT USERNAME AND PASSWORD
